Ensure that your space is spotless and ready for move-in day with a residential or commercial post-construction clean. Services include:
- Removal of large debris, construction materials, and trash from site
- Dust and vacuum all major surfaces
- Wiping walls, ceiling, light fixtures, doors, baseboards, window frames, and window sills
- Polishing fixtures and outlets
- Wiping inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
- Washing and vacuuming all floors
- Sanitization of bathroom: tubs, toilets, and mirrors
- Scraping mud and/or leftover caulking
- Sanitizing kitchen countertops, sink, and cabinets
- Spot cleaning smudges and fingerprints
- Carpet shampooing (available upon request)
- Garage & basement cleaning (available upon request)
